I had been trying to get an appointment for over a week. I finally got through to the Receptionist at 9.15am, she was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I said, all she kept repeating was to phone again tomorrow. I became emotionally upset as I was in extreme pain and unable to even book an appointment for a future date. I asked to speak with the manager, she was understanding and managed to book me on the triage list.

Have empathic receptionist who listen to the patient, rather than speak over them-more training is needed. Triage was closed by 9.15am yesterday even though it should be open until 12 lunchtime. As previously mentioned in above comment, had been trying to get an appointment for over a week. Have more lines available to book appointments. Allow future appointments to be made.

My appointment had been changed to the physio which is what I had requested in the first place. Physio was excellent.

Initial response from receptionist when I made the appointment. I was advised that i needed to see a doctor first, even though I was requesting an appointment with the physio through the self referral process.

Triage call with doctor was on time, felt listened to. Receptionist was so helpful on arrival, showed me where to go for my physio appt. The actually consultation was very helpful. Excellent service from start to finish.
